Meissen small cup & saucer, glazed to the outside with a ‘dead leaf’ brown, in imitation of a Chinese Export type, the interior with a Chinese waterside scene, featuring a fishing Chinaman and two large diamond shape post-tops, within a double line border, the rim with an egg & dart edge. Marks, crossed swords & a *, also painters marks to footrim, F to cup & ::: to saucer. Circa 1730
Size: saucer 10.1cm, cup mouth 5.7cm
