Large yellow ground porter’s mug, moulded leaves with black, c. 1825
Large pottery ‘Porter’s Mug’, the body moulded with large leaves with a smaller leaf frieze below the lip, the whole glazed in a bright yellow, with details boldly picked out in black enamel.

- Brameld (Rockingham) used a similar glaze with black design, ref. ‘Rockingham’ p111 for a similar jug, but the distinct handle and moulded leaves are not recorded.
