Sèvres plate with ‘Bleu Celeste’ ground to the rim, reserving three panels containing a bird in a landscape, the center with a large group of flowers & fruit, the whole with superb cisel gilt flower swags.

Crossed ‘L’ mark in blue, various incised marks,

the decoration later,

attributed to the Englishman Thomas Martin Randall, circa 1830
