All our items are Guaranteed Genuine & As Described.
As well-established dealers, we offer the peace of mind to collectors that our items are genuine, and that the condition of items is described. This includes physical damage such as wear, cracks, chips, and restored portions of a piece.
Please note, these items are Antique, and have usually been used and transported in their past – and will show some signs of this ‘Antique Condition’. Such minor ‘signs of age’ are expected, and not described by us unless it is a physical defect as outlined above.
Our photography will illustrate this condition in such a way it highlights the above ‘Antique Condition’. Please examine our photos closely, and feel free to contact us to clarify any aspects of a piece.
If there is an issue with a purchase, we require the issue to be outlined in a letter or email, and if it is a question regarding authenticity, we require the written opinion of an expert in the field.
Our refund covers the initial purchase costs, not the additional transport costs of good.
With over 60 years experience in the Antique industry, and with an actual bricks-and-mortor Antique Shop, we pride ourselves in our expertise and offer our customers a secure environment to add to their collections with confidence.
