Superb ‘Tuderic’ teapot retailed by Liberty & Co, designed in 1903 by Archibald Knox, the compressed globular form with sharp shoulder and short straight spout, the curved handle wicker-clad with wooden thumb piece, embossed with scrolling foliage and two enamel plaque flower buds to either side on the ends of lightly moulded Art Nouveau stems. .

25cm spout to handle, 10cm high
Good condition with some signs of age, two plaques repaired
