Rare bow two-handled cup. painted in a vibrant underglaze blue with an oriental scene of a figure seated beneath a tree, known as ‘The Kato Player’, the interior with four buddhist symbols around the rim.

7.5cm high
Condition: rim chip, no restoration, firing speckles & the blue is ‘runny’. A splendid piece for a display.
