Red Anchor Chelsea peony flower dish, moulded with a large leaf supporting the stem handle, picked out in thick green enamels, the flower center with purple fringing, the petals with scattered flower groups in bright enamels. Marked with a carefully drawn red anchor, within an old pasted collection label, circa 1755.
