Chinese export tea bowl and saucer of elegant low form painted in fammile rose colours with garden scene, including chrysanthmum and other flowers growing from knarled branches, set in a green ground, the cup interort witha peach and leaves to base, within a gold line rim

Provenance: from an interesting Dutch provenance, brought to Australia as an inheritance, with origins going back to the Dutch East Indies Company in the 18th century.
