The style of decoration conforms with a number of London decorators, who purchased blanks form makers like Coalport and decorated them in the ‘latest fashion’ and to order. The most famous of these is the Baxter Studio, due to the amount of information discovered, and the amazing watercolour Thomas Baxter did of decorators painting Colaport porcelain in his studio in the early years of the 19th century.
