Derby shell-shape dish, pattern 325, roses & oak leaves on black band, c. 1820
Handsome Derby porcelain plate, of shell form, painted with a dramatic pattern of rose heads and oak leaves reserved on a black ground, the center with a roundel & similar in a wide band to the rim, framed with gilt swagwork & gold line borders.
Puce crown & crossed batons mark,
pattern no. ‘325’
Condition: some wear to gilt rim, enamels good, no restoration
