English oak coffer of small but tall proportions, the panelled front with upper frieze of petal carving with small crosses stamped in each, the sides solid with v-shaped legs.
Mid 17th Century with later repairs.

Condition: good patination, old repairs to splits, the back probably replaced and braced, 19th Century hinges
