English black lacquer papier mache tray, well painted with large groups of flowers, including passion flower with drops of water, amongst gilt scrolling rococo scrolls with pendant foliage trails.

With legs 53cm high.
Excellent condition, the rim touched-up, an excellent lustre to the black & the flowers with little sign of wear, the bamboo legs later.
