Fine English sewing/ work table, the drawer with two orders of ebony cock-beading, fitted with a green-felted writing slope, a sliding pen box to one side fitted with original glass & Old Sheffield Plate inkwell, with mirrored false drawers to the opposite face, the drop-leaf rectangular top with ‘plum pudding’ mahogany veneer, the curved support strut containing a half-circle work basket, on a short concave column on a circular base with four elegant sabre legs with brass castors.
