French Napoleon III Mahogany open armchair, of elegant Empire form with padded seat and back, the arms with a scroll termination adorned with a spiral rosette to either side, the top rail with rolled edge, the legs of subtle ‘sabre’ form.
Upholstered in pleasant green toned velvet with subtle pattern, slightly worn but very suitable and usable.
Circa 1870
56x50cm, 93.5cm high
Condition: good, very usable, signs of multiple other covers, this cover still usable, small damages to woodwork & signs of age.
