Furstenberg cup & saucer of WWI interest, hand painted in an oval reserve with silhouette depiction of a Prussian soldier firing a cannon, above the inscription ‘Aus grosser Beit’ , flanked by panels of oak leaves in black, the rims and handle heavily gilt. Various marks including cross, ‘Kriegs jahr 1914/16’, underglaze blue F, gilders mark & collection number. Circa 1920
