Georgian mahogany hall chair, of elegant neo-classical design, the flat back with a large oval shape centered with a round inset, set on a column flanked by c-scroll carvings, the legs with subdued turnings, the sabre back legs plain.
Circa 1810
Similar to some chairs attributed to George Bullock due to their Georgian simplicity.
86cm high, seat 42.5cm wide, 39cm deep.
