Handsome large Japanese room screen, well carved with both sides different, one side with shallow carved-out panels of lifesize plants, the other with shallow relief carving of birds & butterflies on various flowering plants, set in a wide ornately carved frame, the brass hinges of a double-hinge action, on ceramic castor wheels.
