Meissen sucrier & cover, delightfully painted en camaieu with birds, including a duck to the lid and hen to side, spaced by several lifesize insects including a ladybug, the knop modelled as a rose, within gilt line rims.
Crossed swords & dot mark,
circa 1765

The crossed swords with the dot was mostly used 1763-74, its significance is unknown.
