Newhall London shape cup & saucer, painted in underglaze blue & enamels with gold detailing, with pattern 1325 – ‘Man on Bridge’ – with a small orange man crossing a bridge over a river, with vine encrusted ruins either side and a curious tree arching overhead.

similar patterns were used by other factories, ie Minton’s 816, Rathbone 145, Machin 340 – but each has different details, placing this one in Newhall.
