Pair of Derby ‘Ranelagh Dancer’ figures, modelled standing in theatrical pose, wearing predominantly pale pink, yellow, iron-red and turquoise flowered clothes with subtle gilt highlights, standing before flowering tree-stumps, on turquoise and gilt low scroll-moulded bases on scroll feet.

Restorations include: his feathers, outstretched fingers, and neck restored, exactly the same for her. The outstretched hands usually hold a ‘dance-card’ – these have been restored as simply fingers. A good job, displaying very well.
