Rare early Du Paquier (Vienna) teabowl & saucer, well painted in colourful enamels with Chinoiserie scenes, including colourful parrots perched on pagodas, with graceful trees & flowers, the unusual double border incorporating curious faces.

The porcelain c. 1720-25,

the decoration shortly later, in a Viennese workshop.

Condition: two very finehairlines to tea bowl, otherwise enamels are excellent.
