Amateur decorated German porcelain vase, the globular form painted with mottled peacock-blue ground overlaid with raised gold ivy leaves and rococo scrollwork.
Marked ‘RC Bavaria’,

This is typical of the amateur china painters work popular in the early 20th century, and probably done in Australia on an imported blank.
