Canosan South Italian Greek Oinochoe, with trefoil lip and graceful handle, glazed in black with red & white pigment painted frieze to the front including a central dove within white dot border, with several different borders up the neck.

Condition: good, intact with some stress to surface, some limescale covering remaining (can be cleaned off if needed) , painted decoration with some loss & discolouring, displays well.
Provenance: from a Melbourne collection put together in Europe several generations ago.
