Good quality pair of Staffordshire pearlware figures of the ‘Cobbler & his Wife’, titled ‘Nell & Jobson’ to the front plinth, she drinking from a jug impressed ‘ALE’, a cat under her chair, he hard at work on a shoe, a dog under his chair.
Unmarked, c. 1820
Some restoration, including break at his waist, wrist; she is good.
