Superb 7-panel Chinese table screen, the wood frame inset with very thin marble panels, well painted with story-scenes in mansions and gardens, illustrating a tale on both sides involving the elderly wise men & women, the flightly young youths, and children playing.

Overall very presentable, some marks & twisting evident in the wood frame, but sound; unfortunate crack to central panel & 2 minor panels with slight losses & minor restoration. Displays magnificently.
