Wedgwood pottery ‘Banquet’ series plate, printed in blue after a Baroque design by Thomas Allen, titled ‘FISH / MAY GOOD DIGESTION WAIT ON APPETITE’ , the center with fisherman & catch, the border with panels of other game spaced with panels of children with hunting dogs. The design hiding a ‘Staffordshire knot’ including the initials ‘T A’. Impressed WEDGWOOD and date code for 1895.
