Worcester fluted teabowl & saucer, painted in blue with the ‘Fruit Sprays’ pattern, within arcade & dot borders, the rim with scattered flower sprigs.

Excellent condition with a few small original firing flaws, specks.
ref. WBWP I.E.14 for the pattern, where the author states they appear in plain wares, and “..a more unusual group of press smouldered fluted tea wares”. This is an example of the more unusual form, dating to the 1770’s.
