References

ref. Zorensky sale, lot 235 for a coffee cup in this pattern, ‘possibly workshop of James Giles’. The decoration is very untypical in style and execution of anything the factory did, and Giles is a likely candidate, although there were numerous other decorating studios in London at the period. The pieces recorded probably represent a single tea service.
