Large blade marked ‘RODGERS / CUTLERS TO HIS MAJESTY’

COndition: good original condition, some small marks to steel, still super sharp.
Rogers is regarded as the best of the Sheffield cutlers, being established in the latter 18th century and producing large quantities of metal items to a high standard. Their ‘Royal Appointment’ was to George IV, William IV, Queen Victoria, and George V. This example would refer to George V, 1910-36
