Measham ‘Bargeware’ teapot of large size, decorated with deep brown ‘Rockingham’ glaze, the domed lid surmounted by a miniature teapot as its knop, the whole sprigged with birds and flowers  picked out in colours, a verse to one side reading ‘BIRTHDAY GREETINGS’.
