Handsome large Brameld rococo style stand with raised acanthus moulded handles on either end, printed in blue with the ‘Don Quixote’ pattern, flowers to the border.

Condition: Minor kiln speckling, small scratches from use
This interesting pattern illustrated the popular story of the Don. It was a very varied service, having 18 different scenes; most printed services only had a single pattern on all pieces.
This was probably the stand for a large tureen.
