Caughley dessert service dish of heart shape, painted in underglaze blue with scattered flowers, the leaves and details picked out in gold, the border with a gold dot edge to an underglaze blue rim with circle and dot pattern in gold.

George Washington had a service in this pattern, known as ‘Dresden Flowers & Border’ in the original pattern books. Several pieces still exist in US collections.
