Chinese soapstone carving, with a large square form vase finely decorated in low relief with a peony flower, set on a stand beside a large peony plant in full bloom, a rooster sitting on top of a fence panel at the rear, on a rocky plinth.
Circa 1920.
17cm high, 15cm wide
Good condition with a fe minor marks only, felt added to base recently
