Interesting Chinese silver metal ‘tea-warmer’ , of square form with chamfered corners, the sides with large hand painted enamel on copper panels depicting fashionable ladies, the top with a minuscule frog to each corner, the removable tea pot with a minute monkey as knop.
Impressed marks to base of both components,
Qing Dynasty
19th/ earlier 20th century
10cm high 9cm wide
Condition: good, some wear to silver with a base metal evident, enamels are in excellent condition.
