Interesting Dutch Delft deskset, the ‘architectural’ form with front balustrading acting as a pen rest, the rectangular box-form body with high shaped back, painted front & sides with swags of flowers, decorative borders, and panels of both Dutch genre scenes & exotic chinoiseries, in the early 18th century manner.

Condition: some restorations, including banister restuck & some supports, main body excellent, inkwell lid a replacement, glass inkwell cracked.
