Louis XVI giltwood fauteuil ‘a la Reine’, with rounded back edged in acanthus carving, the supports with acanthus leaf flourishes, the elegant curved arms with acanthus at the base & scrolls at the elbow, the seat with acanthus edging & flowerhead bosses at the leg junctions, the tapered legs with flutes topped with sags & tassels, finished with chinoiserie silk upholstery.
