Meissen style ‘plinth’, each side well painted, with three flower panels and one of Watteauesque couple in a garden, the moulding top & bottom picked out in pink, another flower group to the top, with gold line borders.
Meissen style crossed swords and a dot mark to unglazed base,
possibly French,
