Meissen style group of lovers and cupid, after a Meissen original by Kaendler from the 1740’s, the lady shepherdess with a sheep at her side, turning away and gesturing with her hands, a gent on bended knee reaching out, with cupid on his back and pulling his hair (!), on a flower-strewn oval base. Circa 1880
