Superb Minton plate, the vibrant turquoise border edged with gold and reserved with 6 roundels with acid etched gilded borders enclosing raised enamel ladybug within a raised gilded border, alternating with raised enamel rose heads, linked by pendant festoon of raised enamel “pearls” , the centre with a roundel of a finely painted scene of a fishing vessel before Dover Castle, the ‘WHite Cliffs’ in the background, within greek key acid-etched gold border.
