Newhall tea service for 8, flamboyantly painted in the ‘Elephant’ pattern (876), with an Elephant amongst pagodas and pomegranate trees, all lavishly gilt. Pattern number to some pieces, consisting of; Teapot & stand, Sucrier, Waste bowl, Cake plate, 9 each of coffee cup, tea cup & saucer. Total 32 pieces Circa 1805
