Handsome Old Sheffield Plate double cruet with gadrooned edges to base, acanthus scroll handle and four scroll feet.

Great, usable condition, matched Georgian ring necked, mushroom top decanters with one tiny chip to a stopper.

ref. Bradbury ‘History of OSP’ p271 for a ‘7-bottle cruet’ which includes two bottles very similar to the two housed in this frame.
