Superb quality spoon with agate handle and finely detailed silver-gilt mounts, the round bowl with a head amongst strapwork leading to the haft, further heads moulded to the handle fittings, and a larger head acting as the handle terminal. Unmarked, probably French in the 15th century style, made in the 19th century
