Staffordshire figure of John Wesley (1703-1791) at the pulpit, angel heads and a dove above, the base with a clock face, titled WESLEY along the oval plinth base.

Condition: good, the tip of his raised finger overpainted, otherwise fine – displays well.
An almost identical example can be seen in Harding vol., fig. 376, with only slight colour variations to the decoration.
