Rare tinglaze votive plaque, the reddish clay with white slip painted in green, blue, black, purple and ochre pigments, with an image of a Madonna and Child, her arm supporting a spear/staff from which flutters a banner with a cross, the child with an orb.
Dated either side of the figure 1619,
Inscribed in a lower reserve ‘DELLA VITTORIA’
