Wedgwood stoneware teapot with an unglazed pale green body, ornately scroll moulded with a small reclining spaniel as the knop.

18cm spout to handle, 10cm high
Good condition with some slight discolouration.
ref. Reilly ‘New Illustrated Dict. of Wedgwood’ 1995, p318 for the type. These teapots were in the 1817 pattern book, but were popular for several decades. They were made in a number of different bodies & glazes.
