Ridgway porcelain jug with sprigging & engine turning, classical reliefs on blue, c. 1815
Ridgway porcelain jug, the lower portion engine turned above a rounded foot, the sides with lavender blue glaze reserved with applied classical figural scenes, set within moulded frames with central shell motif, a small band of the blue also at the short neck.
11cm high, 17cm across handle/spout
Condition: short hairline at rim
